What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give — for example what you want out of the event, any dietary restrictions, and the feedback or testimonial you share after the weekend. Your browser's time zone is recorded with your registration so we send event details at the right local time.

We do not ask for payment details on this site. Paid seats check out on Whop, and Whop handles that payment under its own terms. We do not sell your information.

The registration form keeps what you have typed in your own browser so you can come back and finish it. That copy stays on your device and is cleared when you submit.

How we use it

• To confirm your registration and send you the event details and reminders.
• To prepare the room for you, using what you told us on the pre-event form.
• To improve the next event, using the feedback you send us afterward.
• To send you text messages, but only if you ticked the consent box on a form.

Your submission is stored in GoHighLevel, the customer relationship management (CRM) system Master Communicator University uses to run its events, and is handled by Eliam Fuentes and his team. GoHighLevel also sends the emails and text messages described below on our behalf.

Text messages (SMS terms)

We text you only if you checked the SMS consent box on one of our forms. Consent is never a condition of registering for, paying for, or attending an event.

• Who texts you: Master Communicator University.
• What we send: messages about what you asked for — your registration, event details, reminders, follow-up, and occasional updates about upcoming MCU events.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not us, sets those.
• Stopping: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@eliamfuentes.com.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The support-services subcontractor we use is GoHighLevel, the CRM that stores your contact record and sends these messages for us.

Email

We email you in response to what you submitted, and we send event updates to people who registered. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you by email.

Your choices

Write to hello@eliamfuentes.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
